Thomas Latshaw is a veteran aviator with over 22 years of aircraft-related experience in all repair levels of aviation maintenance, systems installation, program management, instructor-based training, quality control/assurance and administrative support for both military and commercial aircraft. Holding a BA in Aviation Management, Thomas has both civilian and military experience in all aspects of aviation to include maintenance, flight, and instruction/course development and has served in leadership positions during Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and Operation Joint Guardian. He also holds several Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certifications to include Inspection Authorization, a Commercial Pilot’s License, and Flight Instruction. In addition to his aviation experience, Thomas has over 17 years experience in both DoD and civilian contract support to include program director, inspector, and flight instructor positions at Agusta Aerospace, Raytheon, and Flightsafety International. With his extensive aviation background and experience in tactical training, managing, and leading programs, Thomas possesses an exceptional ability to pilot LTG into the forefront of both the government and commercial training sectors.
